Guest Services is located on the Upper Level next to Belk in the management office-follow signage. Please visit or call Guest Services at 478-477-8840 for any information or assistance you may require. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of each and every guest, no matter how large or small the request. Below are many of the services offered by Guest Services.

Automatic Doors
For your convenience, automatic doors are located at every mall entrance.

Copy/Fax Service
Copy services are available at Guest Services for $0.20 per page. Fax services are available for $1.00 per page for local faxes and $1.50 per page for long distance faxes.

Handicap Parking
For your convenience, handicap-parking spaces are available at all mall entrances.

Lost and Found
To inquire about lost and found items, please contact Guest Services at 478-477-8840.

Mall Walkers
Walkers are invited to exercise in our climate-controlled environment year round. Mall walkers enjoy free quarterly screenings and meetings on a variety of health topics presented by the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Mall entrances are opened daily for mall walkers Monday through Saturday at 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Sundays.

Pay Telephones
Pay telephones can be found at most mall entrances.

Security Services
Macon Mall offers 24-hour security services to its customers and employees. A fully trained security staff is available to assist you with parking locations, security escorts and directions. You can reach a security officer from Guest Services during all mall hours. In case of Emergency, please call 478-477-0109.

Shopping Bags
Macon Mall shopping bags are available at Guest Services for a nominal fee.

Stroller Rental
Strollers are available to rent for $3 and can be found at the following entrances- Lower Level between Sears and Belk, Upper Level between Belk and JCPenney, Upper Level between Macy's and Sears and Lower Level between Dillard's and JCPenney.

Wheelchairs
Complimentary wheelchairs are available at Guest Services on a first-come, first-served basis with the proper identification.
